🦀 What You'll Need
- 12 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Double Garlic Butter seasoning
- 1 tsp Steak Princess BBQ seasoning
- Rylee's Cajun Rub to taste
- 6 oz lump crab meat
- 3 green onions, sliced
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, soy sauce, Sriracha, Double Garlic Butter, Steak Princess BBQ, and Rylee's Cajun Rub. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and sliced green onions — don't over-mix or you'll break up the crab too much.
- Pour into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake or smoke for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra sliced green onions or a drizzle of Sriracha. Serve immediately with pita chips or toasted French bread.
🔥 Big Daddy's Tips:
- Room temperature cream cheese beats and combines much more smoothly — take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before you start.
- Lump crab is worth the splurge here — the bigger pieces give you that real crab rangoon experience in every bite.
- Try this on the smoker instead of the oven — even 20 minutes of smoke adds a subtle depth that takes it to another level.
- Pita chips and toasted French bread are the best dippers — soft crackers will break under the thick dip.
- The Sriracha drizzle garnish isn't just for looks — it adds a little hit of heat on top that balances the creaminess perfectly.
- Make it ahead and refrigerate unbaked — just pop it in the oven when guests arrive.
