Fried Cheese Balls

 

These cheese balls were absolutely delicious; we couldn’t stop eating them. The outer layer was seasoned perfectly and had a great crunch. The inside was full of creamy rich cheese, dipping these into the Marinara took these over the top. Give this recipe a try, it would be a perfect appetizer for you next gathering!

 

·        250 Grams of Mozzarella Cheese

·        3 TBSP of Corn Starch

·        1 Large EGG

·        HR Garlic Parmesan Rub

·        Malcom’s Italian Stallion

·        1 Cup of Marinara Sauce

 

Heat your deep fryer to 375 degrees. Mix the Cheese, Corn Starch and Egg until well combined. Once fully mixed it will have the consistency of dough. Form the mixture into golf ball size balls, you should get 7-9 balls. Carefully place them into the grease and cook till golden brown. Approx. 2-3 minutes. Remove from the fryer and let any excess grease drain off. Place in a bowl and season immediately with the seasoning above. Serve with warm Marinara Sauce!
