Easy Apple Cranberry Crisp That Steals The Show
This Apple Cranberry Crisp has quickly turned into one of our favorite Holiday Deserts! Both sweet and tart this recipe will be sure to keep you coming back for more. Top it with some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for some added goodness! If you’re looking for something different to add to your desert rotation, WE GOT YOU!
· 5 Apples (3 Granny Smith 2 Honey Crisps)
· 2 Cups of Fresh Cranberries
· 2 TBSP of Orange Juice
· 2 TSP of Orange Zest
· 3/4 Cup of Sugar
· 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
· 2 TBSP of Flour
· 1 TSP of Cinnamon
· 1/2 TSP Ginger
· 1/4 TSP of Cardamom
· 1 TSP of Vanilla Extract
· 2 TSP of Buttery Cinnamon Roll
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a 13 X 9 Casserole Dish. Peel, core and dice the apples and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the Cranberries and all of the other ingredients above. Mix until coated well and all seasonings are fully incorporated. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then add it to the baking dish, being sure to spread out evenly.
Crumble Topping
· 2 ¼ Cups of Old Fashion Oats ¾ Cup of White Sugar
· 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans ¾ Cup of AP Flour
· 1 Cup of Coconut Flakes 1 TSP Cinnamon
· ¾ Cup of Brown Sugar 1 TSP of Salt
· 1.5 Stick of Melted Butter
Combine all the ingredients above and add to the top of the Apple/Cranberry Mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Once done remove to cool and enjoy!
