BBQ Chicken on the Weber Kettle
Barbecue Chicken
We love some good barbecue chicken, this recipe did not disappoint!! We used our Weber Kettle for this cook and it turned out some delicious juicy and tender chicken, the skin was crispy and bite through!
· 3 LBS of Chicken Legs & Thighs
· Killer Hogs AP Rub
· Killer Hogs Hot Rub
· 1 Cup Killer Hogs the BBQ Sauce
· 1 Cup Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce
We setup our Weber with a two zone fire. Prepped our Chicken by removing any excess fat and skin. Seasoned lightly with both rubs. We cooked the chicken until it reached an internal temperature of 180 degrees. We continually moved the chicken around flipping it onto the cool side of the grill to prevent flare ups. Once we reached the desired internal temperature we glazed the chicken and cooked for an additional 10 minutes. Removed the chicken from the grill and let sit for 5 minutes, then enjoyed!
