Bloody Mary Shrimp Skewers
Bloody Mary Shrimp Skewers
This shrimp recipe would be great as an appetizer or as a meal, you can even add these to your Bloody Mary’s themselves. Use any grill/smoker you prefer and make this recipe your own!
· 1 LB Extra Large Shrimp
· 1.5 Cup of Bloody Mary Mix
· 2 Tsp. of HR Simple Citrus Seasoning
· 1 Tsp. of HR Cajun Creole Garlic Butter
· Skewers
Set your grill/smoker to run at 375 degrees. We used our pellet smoker for the video, but any grill would work great.
Prep your shrimp by removing the shell, with exception to the tail.
Place the shrimp in a zip lock back and season with a teaspoon of each seasoning.
Toss the shrimp in the bag for even distribution of the spices.
Pour the Bloody Mary mix of your choice over the shrimp, seal the bag removing all the air. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
While the shrimp are marinating, soak the skewers in water.
After the shrimp have marinaded place 4-5 on each skewer.
Once all the shrimp are used, season with the remaining Simple Citrus Seasoning.
Place on the grill and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until the shrimp have reached your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and serve!
