Ham and Cheese Egg Rolls
Ham & Cheese Egg Rolls with a Spicy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
These Ham & Cheese Egg Rolls were fantastic addition to our recent get together with friends. They are simple to make and would be a great addition to your next tailgate or family gathering. The recipe for the Spicy Honey Mustard we have included throws this treat over the top!
· 1 Package of Egg Roll Wrappers
· 12 Mozzarella String Cheese
· 1 LB of your favorite Ham
Heat your deep fryer oil to 350 degrees. Following the instructions on the package for the wrappers roll both the ham & cheese into the egg roll. We rolled the cheese into the ham first and then followed the instructions on the wrapper. We then deep fired until golden brown. This only took 4-5 minutes. We removed them from the fryer and placed them on a rack to cool slightly before serving.
Spicy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
· 1/4 Cup of Mayo
· 1/4 Cup of Dijon Mustard
· 1/4 Cup of Mike’s Hot Honey
· 1 TSP of Heath Riles Cajun Creole Seasoning
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until smooth. Place in the refrigerator prior to serving for 2 hours.
