Peach Baby Back Ribs

Peach Baby Back Ribs

These ribs were fall apart tender and juicy. The combination of flavors from the rubs worked extremely well together. We used a simple sauce that is Peachy, Sweet and sticky. These were just good eating ribs and a big hit at our house. Give this recipe a try, we hope you will enjoy!

·        2 Full Racks of Baby Back Ribs

·        Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub

·        Heath Riles Competition Rub

·        Heath Riles Peach Rub

·        1/4 Cup of HR Butter Wrap & Bath

·        10 Ounces of Peach Nectar

·        3/4 Cup of HR Hot Honey Peach Glaze

·        3/4 Cup of HR Sweet BBQ Sauce

·        Yellow Mustard for binder

Setup your pellet smoker or smoker of your choice to run at 275 Degrees.

Prep your ribs by removing any unwanted fat and the membrane from the back. Cover both the front and back of the ribs with a thin layer of yellow mustard for a binder. Apply a medium layer of the Garlic Jalapeno rub and two light layers of the Competition and Peach rubs to both sides of the ribs. Let the ribs set for 15 minutes prior to placing them on the smoker.

Place the ribs on the smoker, check after one hour. At this point you may need to spritz with apple juice or water. Check again after another hour, if your rub is set on the ribs and the color you want is achieved, wrap your ribs.

Wrap your ribs using the peach nectar and the butter wrap in two layers of aluminum foil. Place back on the smoker and check after another hour.

Once desired tenderness is met (usually 208-210 degrees) remove from the smoker to sauce. Combine the Sweet Sauce and the Honey Peach Glaze, brush the back and front of each rack. Use your desired amount of sauce. Place back on the smoker for 15 mins to set your sauce. Remove and enjoy!
