These Boneless Turkey Breasts are amazingly delicious tender and juicy. These are easy to prep and less hassle then preparing a whole turkey. Either one of these flavor options would be great for your Holiday Meal!
· 2 Boneless Turkey Breasts
· Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub
· Killer Hogs BBQ Rub
· 1 Stick of Butter
We setup our Green Egg to cook indirect at 300 degrees. We added a couple chunks of Pecan Wood for a little smoke. We cooked these until they reached an internal temp of 155 degrees and then wrapped them in foil with a half a stick of butter each. Once wrapped continue cooking to 162 degrees and then pull off to rest for 30 minutes prior to slicing.
